Premade Book Covers & Book Cover Design service refunds:

We have a 30-day refund policy on Pre-Made covers or the Book Cover Design service as long as work has not commenced. After work has commenced we will evaluate on an individual basis the amount of refund to apply based on an hourly rate of work already undertaken.

Beta Reading & Consultations service refunds:

When booking a Beta Read we will advise you of a start date which includes a cooling off period which extends to 48 hours before work is due to commence.

The consultation service also includes a cooling off period which extends to 48 hours before the consultation has been booked. If, however, your consultation requires pre-assessment work which has already begun there will be a moderate fee applied which will be anywhere between 10%-35% of the overall fee. 

Reviews service refunds:

Reviews are booked and paid in advance and then delivered within a 6 week to 3 month timeframe. Any reviews not delivered within this timeframe will be given a full refund on a, per review, basis.

We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
